A clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face and unique features clearly works best. Avoid blurry, dark, distant, or heavily filtered images. If you are unsure, you can contact us before ordering.
Each portrait is hand-painted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation before your order ships.
After production, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination. Delivery times may vary for remote or international locations. Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Because each portrait is made specifically for you, orders cannot usually be changed or canceled once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering, and we will do our best to help.
